Customer Service Representative Lake Norman Insurance Group is looking for a CSR to eventually run the daily inside operations associated with the Property and Casualty department. We are an insurance brokerage firm that offers many A+ rated insurance companies to our clients. This position requires a minimum or 2 years experience as a CSR with a P&C license.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Applied Agency Management software or similar.
- Experience with auto, home, and commercial company website applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Exp. with quoting software.
- High School graduate.
Responsibilities:
- Work lead prospects from existing database.
- Manage existing accounts
- Quoting, endorsements, emailing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Answer phones and take messages.
Hourly pay with bonuses.
